Role Overview The Field Operations Associate plays a critical role in supporting research field operations through analytical reporting, data quality validation, and operational coordination. The role focuses on interpreting field performance data, maintaining reporting dashboards, and identifying data quality issues that may impact project outcomes. Additionally, the role contributes to process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and operational visibility.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain field performance trackers and dashboards to monitor project progress and completion trends
- Analyze field data to calculate completion run rates, identify performance gaps, and highlight risks to project timelines
- Conduct structured quality assurance reviews of interview recordings and survey outputs to ensure adherence to research protocols
- Identify data inconsistencies or quality concerns and escalate findings to stakeholders for corrective action
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve operational issues impacting field progress
- Design and improve reporting frameworks to enhance visibility and usability for stakeholders
- Support automation initiatives to streamline reporting workflows, including integration with platforms such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with technology teams to define reporting requirements and improve data accessibility
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 3 5 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, or market research
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools)
- Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights from data
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives is an advantage
