1. Strong Content Writing

• Good English writing
• Can write clearly and professionally
• Can simplify complicated information
• Can create emails, WhatsApp messages, FAQs, product notes, presentations, etc.

2. Marketing Communication

• Understands how marketing campaigns work
• Can support campaigns around SIP, NFO, mutual fund products, events, etc.
• Can create communication for different audiences.

3. Financial/BFSI Understanding
They don't necessarily need someone who already knows mutual funds deeply, but the candidate should be comfortable understanding financial concepts.
