About the role:

Were looking for a curious and detail-oriented content writer to join our content team at MYCPE ONE a leading CPE platform serving CPA and accounting professionals across the US. Youll create and manage high-quality written content covering accounting, auditing, tax, and finance topics, working closely with thought leaders, B2B partners, and cross-functional teams to grow our content presence via MYCPE ONE News & Insights. This role is as much about learning and research as it is about writing youll be expected to quickly get up to speed on a specialized niche and go deep.

What youll do

Blog & content creation:

Research, write, and publish blogs, articles, and guides on topics relevant to US-based CPA firms tax updates, audit best practices, accounting trends, and regulatory developments.

AI-assisted writing & review:

Use AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) with strong prompt engineering skills to draft content, then critically review and edit AI output for accuracy, tone, and brand standards.

SEO optimization:

Apply basic on-page SEO principles keyword integration, meta descriptions, internal linking, and content structure to improve organic discoverability.

Stakeholder & contributor outreach:

Coordinate with thought leaders, CPAs, and subject matter experts for contributed pieces. Manage B2B outreach for PR coverage and maintain organized records of firm partnerships and content contributors.

Cross-team collaboration:

Partner with design, marketing, and product teams to align content with campaigns, product launches, and platform updates.

What were looking for

• 1 2 years of content writing experience any niche welcome, but a basic understanding of accounting, auditing, or tax concepts is a definite plus
• Strong written English with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a professional audience
• Hands-on experience with AI writing tools and a working understanding of prompt engineering
• Ability to critically review, fact-check, and edit AI-generated content before publication
• Basic understanding of SEO keyword research, meta tags, and content structure
• Strong research skills ability to independently explore unfamiliar topics, identify credible sources, and synthesize information quickly
• Comfortable with outreach, professional communication, and maintaining partner/contact records
• Organized, self-driven, and comfortable collaborating across multiple teams

These arent dealbreakers but theyll help you hit the ground running:

• Prior exposure to US CPA, accounting, or auditing topics through coursework, work experience, or self-study
• Familiarity with the US CPA landscape CPE requirements, AICPA standards, IRS guidelines, or similar regulatory frameworks
• Background in commerce, CA foundation, B.Com, or related academic disciplines
• Experience using SEO tools like SurferSEO, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Prior B2B content writing or SaaS industry experience
