Position: Associate Branch Manager (Hybrid)
Channel: Agency
Location: Kolkata/Barrackpore/Bardhaman-WB
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Experience: 4-10 years
Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the Agency/APC Channel. This is a hybrid role involving both team handling and field sales. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and driving performance of insurance advisors, along with achieving business targets through them.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors / agents
- Train and develop advisors to improve productivity
- Drive sales through the advisor network
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets
- Support advisors in client meetings and closures
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance
- Generate business through field activities and references
- Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 4-10 years of experience in Life insurance preferred
- Experience in team handling or advisor recruitment is an advantage
- Willingness to do field work
- Target-driven and self-motivated
