Associate, Accounts Payable

2. 2-4 years of accounting experience is required.
3. Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the company in an articulate, professional manner, while maintaining necessary degree of confidentiality.

Roles Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Associate, Accounts Payable who will be responsible for owning payables workflow and supporting credit collections team as well as back up to billing team.

1. Owning end to end accounting process for one division.
2. Match checks to stubs for payment.
3. Research and resolve issues arising from vendor payments.
4. Interacts with vendors and associates.
5. Data entry into the operations tracking system.
6. Performing billing analysis to ensure that cash receipts are being maximized.
7. Analyzing billing to monitor trends in the billing process.
8. Assist with credit/collections team with pertinent duties required for the team.
9. Preparation and distribution of reports.
10. Ad hoc projects and requests.
11. Serving as backup to the billing team.

Working Hours Holiday Schedule:

1. This role requires you to work in shifts.
2. Shift timings: Overlap US Shift (beginning 5.30 PM IST/ 8 AM EST).
3. Follows India holiday schedule.
