• Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 week offs
• Location - Indore
• Education - Graduation (Minimum)

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 6+ years of overall experience in Learning & Development.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience managing a training team within an International BPO environment.
• Strong BFSI experience with exposure to:
• Fraud Operations
• Credit Card Services
• Chargebacks & Disputes
• Risk & Compliance
• Financial Services Operations
