Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
Review previous day's production, dispatch, and OTIF performance
Review open sales orders, forecast changes, and urgent open issues related to despatches
Check Finished Goods inventory across Plant, CFA, Super Stockists,DCS
Prepare replenishment plan for warehouses, CFAs, Super Stockists, and e-commerce locations
Plan interwarehouse stock movement for excess / short skus
Review in-transit shipments and resolve delivery delays / Expedite shipments
Analyze stock-outs, excess inventory, and near-expiry inventory - Plan necessary stocks movment
Monitor KPIs (Service Level, OTIF, Fill Rate, Inventory Days, Plan Adherence) ECOM / GT
Review Raw Material & Packaging Material availability with stakeholders
Review production plan and manufactured stocks , discuss with prod & proc stakeholders
Coordinate dispatch priorities with Logistics & Warehouse
Arrange pick up of RMA/ RTV stocks
Prepare production plan for Next month on 20th of evey month
Review & Plan IMPORT requirement as per Demand Plan.
