Assistant Service Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
  
• Oversee a team of technicians, providing guidance on technical issues and resolving conflicts as needed.
  
• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in after-sales service or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, chillers, refrigeration units, etc. .
  
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues alike.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
