Title: Asst Manager Sales
Business Unit: Branson
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Overall Summary:
This role is responsible for techno-commercial sales of Branson Business Unit within Emerson, covering Pune region, Maharashtra (except Mumbai), Goa and Madhya Pradesh states.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales initiatives to meet sales targets, submitting monthly forecast
- Identify new business opportunities, new applications, new clients/account (OEM, Tier-1/2 suppliers, end customers ie. Manufacturer)
- Analyze and identify market competition and develop short/long term strategies
- Persuading customers that a product/service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
- Negotiate tender/contract terms and conditions to meet client and companys needs
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships and ensure customers needs and satisfaction are met
- Manage and support sales objectives by meeting or exceeding assigned territorial goals and expanding customer base
- Updating sales calls, applications, orders, customer organizations and business conditions throughout the territory on regular basis
- CRM updation with newer, stale, close opportunities and quotes from CPQ tool
- Payment collection timely and updating to finance and factory team and contribute to shipment goals
- Collaborating with Application, manufacturing, logistics, service team for achieving customer delight and closure of projects flawlessly (Cross-functional collaboration).
- Take up stretch assignment besides routine work to contribute to India strategies and goals (someone who works on extra initiatives)
- Products to be covered will be plastic joining (Vibration, ultrasonic,) precision cleaning, metal welding and clean vibration technology. Emerging technologies like laser welding, IR, Pulse staking,
- Hands-on installation and trial experience preferred, experience in making/delivering presentation and conducting training
- Network in industries like medical, textile, packaging, tire cutting, cement, FMCG, toys, electronics, electrical devices, appliances, automobiles, EV etc.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum 10-15 years of related sales work experience in the field. Candidate who has experience in Plastic Industry, Electronics Industry or Industrial automation will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Bachelors degree in engineering
