- 4-9 years of experience in B2B Sales or Project Sales in the building materials industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and procedures (PSU).
- Excellent communication skills for effective field sales visits and negotiation meetings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
