Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our security services company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably within the security, facilities management, or service industry.


Role & responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for manned guarding, event security, executive protection, CCTV monitoring, access control, and other security solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, property managers, industrial facilities, retail establishments, and government organizations.
  • Understand client security requirements and recommend customized security solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and security assessments to support proposal development.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Operations

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Establish performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Provide coaching and training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

  • Experience responding to RFPs, tenders, and contract bidding processes.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
