About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager Sales with experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams for lead conversion.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- MBA / Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
