About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our field sales team in Hyderabad’s real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and leading small teams to achieve targets in property sales and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to achieve property sales targets.
  
• Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  
• Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  
• Lead, mentor, and motivate field sales executives to maximize performance.
  
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to execute promotional campaigns and property launches.
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  
• 6–9 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate.
  
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in property sales.
  
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to analyze real estate market trends and competitor strategies.
  
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories for client visits and site inspections.
