Assistant Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales agents to achieve monthly targets in the agency channel.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in agency sales or related field (insurance industry preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and services offered by various companies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
