Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager -Life Insurance About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our Field Sales team, specializing in Motor Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and creating a robust distribution network by working closely with agency partners/agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and activate new agency partners/agents.
Primary role: Drive sales of motor insurance products through the established agency network.
Provide on-the-ground support to partners/agents by traveling with them for sales calls and taking ownership of closing sales.
Conduct continuous training programs for agents to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Candidate have good communications skills
