Education: Minimum Graduation

Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience. Team handling experience preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Introduce adequate number of candidates for recruitment of Sales Executive as per the need of the office.
• Train the SEs for business in different verticals in consultation with or as advised by Territory Manager (TM) with the help of channel partners wherever feasible.
• Plan, advice, guide and monitor the team of SEs for optimum procurement of business with adequate revenue as per targets.
• Apart from helping and guiding SEs to procure business, directly create leads and procure business under different verticals to meet the revenue targets.
• Maintain proper records of business leads and procured business and report to (TM) on regular basis.
• Acquire the requisite qualification for doing the business as per statutory requirements or as advised by the company from time to time.
• Ensure that he and his team of SEs adhere to and abide by all rules, regulations and statutory requirements for canvassing the business.
• Implement all instruction of corporate office or TM issued from time to time.
• Ensure prompt and effective after sales service and help the customer in grievance redressal.
• Ensure periodic business review in consultation with TM on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis to ensure progress as per assigned targets.
