Responsibilities - Location: Vizag/Kolkata
- BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Relevant), with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
- Job Description: Execution Management for all MEPT (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Technology (BMS, Access Control, CCTV, Audio-Visual) works for new projects and retrofits in owned/leased buildings
- Manage execution of HVAC System, Electrical System, Plumbing and Fire Systems, BMS System, Access Control System, CCTV Security system, for commercial buildings
- Understand design intent and ensure execution is in line with design
- Managing effective coordination and commissioning of various sub-systems in commercial buildings
- Quality and Cost Management during execution
- Safety Management in execution
- Ensure successful and timely completion of the projects.
- Support for LEED and various other green building performance certifications
- Support for statutory approvals in line with corporate governance guidelines
- Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses
- Manage other Infrastructure related works
