Job Description
As a Assistant Manager - Human Resources, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including but not limited to:
1. Spearheading recruitment processes across various departments, focusing both on IT and NON-IT recruitment.
2. Partnering with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver HR solutions aligned with our business goals.
3. Proactively identifying and addressing employee issues, fostering a positive work environment that supports growth and high performance.
4. Conducting regular MIS circulations and providing weekly hiring updates to keep all stakeholders informed about recruitment progress.
5. Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and systems.
Qualifications: MBA in HR
