Job Title: Assistant Manager FOR CAPTIVE POWER PLANT MECHANICALJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager for our Captive Power Plant Mechanical operations
The ideal candidate will oversee mechanical maintenance, ensure optimal performance of plant equipment, and support the overall operational efficiency of the power plant
Key Responsibilities:Supervise mechanical maintenance activities and ensure timely executionConduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical systemsDevelop and implement maintenance schedules and proceduresCoordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operationsTrain and mentor junior staff on mechanical practices and safetyPrepare reports on maintenance activities and equipment performanceAssist in budget planning and resource allocation for maintenance
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in power plants Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of power plant operations and maintenance best practices Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging environmentSkills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in power plants Experience in maintenance management Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Proficient in using maintenance management software
