Assistant Manager - Supply

Role & responsibilities

• Execution of the supply plan Base Oils, solvents ,additives & associated Services like CHA, Surveyors, to ensure supply continuity with high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.
• Maintain supplier relationships and implement contracts .
• Manage inventory levels to optimize supply chain reliability and minimize costs.
• Regularly track shipment status and monitor stocks and update Business.
• Comply with the departmental procedures and work instructions to adhere to management standards (IATF/ISO) also to learn basics of Standards.
• To actively participate in HSEQ initiatives / activities in Sourcing function with prime importance on Safety aspects of operations as per One Mastro Principle.
• Ensure all actions are followed as per Company guidelines for all activities. Sourcing of Base Oils, solvents, additives & associated Services like CHA, consultants, Surveyors, Tankages to ensure supply continuity with high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.
• Execute supplier relationships and contracts to achieve favourable terms, set up process, mitigate risks, and build long-term

• Plan and co-ordinate for monthly physical stock count at all storage locations & contract manufacturing sites and reconcile.
• Develop an alternate vendor base to get pricing advantage and supply continuity for local supplies.
• Explore new facilities for new business Requirements.
• Develop, Standardize & Comply with the departmental procedures and work instructions to adhere to management standards (IATF 16949 /ISO 9000)
• To Support HSEQ initiatives / activities in Sourcing function with prime importance on Safety aspects of operations as per One Mastro Principle.

Ensure all actions are followed as per Company guidelines for all activities partnerships.
