Assistant Manager Store (Audit)

Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager Store (Audit) will be responsible for overseeing the audit functions of our store and inventory operations. This role requires a thorough individual with extensive experience in audit processes and SAP to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular and surprise audits of store inventory, transactions, and records.
• Ensure all store operations comply with company policies and procedures.
• Utilize SAP software for managing audit trails, inventory data, and generating audit reports.
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with the accounts and procurement departments for audit reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit detailed audit reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in store auditing, preferably in a Highway and Railway construction industries.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP modules related to Materials Management (MM) is required.
• Soft Skills: High integrity, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
