Job Description
A) Basic Function:
1.Build and operate business in Assam and Northeast.
2.Assist in business development by visiting clients and sending business introductions.
3.Conduct business analytics and track client visits to identify growth opportunities.
4.Establish efficient warehouse operations for inbound, storage, and outbound activities.
5.Coordinate transportation and logistics, ensuring cost control.
6.Monitor supplier and labor operations for adherence to safety standards.
B) Key Result Areas (KRAs):
1.Revenue growth from new business development.
2.Increase number of clients in the region.
3.Create a sales pipeline.
4.Reduce warehouse handling costs.
5.Reduce logistics costs per MT.
6.Reduce logistics costs per MT.
