Assistant Manager - Sales Programs

Blue Dart Express Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Sales Operations team as Assistant Manager Sales Programs. The role focuses on driving sales productivity, sales force effectiveness, sales analytics, process automation, and capability development to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales productivity initiatives using analytics and performance insights.
• Develop MIS reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and sales performance reports.
• Improve sales processes through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support implementation and adoption of CRM/Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools.
• Build SOPs, governance frameworks, and user training programs for sales systems.
• Design and execute sales capability-building and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Marketing, Learning & Development, and other stakeholders to deliver strategic sales programs.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and program effectiveness through data-driven reporting.
