II. JOB PURPOSE
Primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our company's diagnostic products and services to healthcare facilities, laboratories, and medical professionals. Position will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships within your assigned territory.
IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Core Responsibilities –
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within your designated territory to achieve or exceed sales targets for diagnostic products and services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including laboratory managers, physicians, and healthcare administrators, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and clinical value of our diagnostic products and services to healthcare professionals through product demonstrations, presentations, and educational seminars.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics, providing insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines and customer accounts using CRM software, tracking sales activities, leads, and opportunities to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Training and Education: Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the proper use of our diagnostic products, interpreting test results, and integrating them into clinical practice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and technical services, to address customer needs, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all sales activities and interactions.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
B.sc/ MBA / Post graduate qualification in Sales & Marketing
Experience
3-5 Years (with preferable industry)
Technical Skills
- Thorough understanding of sales processes, incentive management and tools
- Knowledge of compliance issues related to sales of services
- Ability to liaise with various stakeholders and BU for effective delivery of services
- Strong commercial inclination to manage tie-ups, vendors
