Assistant Manager/ Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, residential, healthcare, educational, and government sectors.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to expand the customer base.

Sales & Client Management

• Present and promote security services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct site visits and security assessments to understand client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and service agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.

Market Analysis

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Identify emerging opportunities in physical security, CCTV systems, access control, alarm systems, and integrated security solutions.
• Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.

Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and supervise sales executives and business development representatives.
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Conduct sales training and coaching sessions.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Security Management, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 3- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the security industry.
