Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Refrigeration /Industrial Engineering
EXPERIENCE (Years)
5–8 years of sales experience preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial solutions.
JOB ROLE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across food processing, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and allied industries.
Market Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for cold room solutions in Bihar/Jharkhand
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Sales Execution:
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support as needed.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Liaise with internal teams (design, installation, service) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports to management.
ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel across respective states mapped to the role.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
Understanding of cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled storage.
