Assistant Manager - Recruitment (Volume Hiring)

Shift Timing: 10 am to 7 pm , 10.30 am to 7.30 pm.

Sunday Fixed off.

Job Description:

• Develop and deploy sourcing strategies for frontline/BPO roles across job boards, social media, walk-in drives, and employee referrals.
• Execute daily walk-in drives, campus placements, and social media campaigns to maintain a steady pipeline of customer service executives / Sales profiles.
• Lead initial screening, assessments, and interviews to evaluate cultural and technical fit.
• Partner with operations and business leaders to forecast staffing needs, minimize attrition, and align on hiring priorities.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and the seamless onboarding/induction process of new hires.
• Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) hygiene and report on recruitment metrics like Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Drop-off Rates and Source Mix.
• Coordinate with external staffing agencies and job portals to scale up hiring during seasonal or peak business requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Graduate in any stream.
• 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience on high-volume, frontline, or bulk hiring.
• Expert knowledge of BPO hiring / Assessment tools
• Experience in managing hiring teams or vendors and strong expertise in Sakeholder Management.
• High emotional resilience, excellent communication assessment skills, and the agility to handle shifts in hiring volumes
