Assistant Manager - QA/QC

• Training of the site teams and workers on basic quality requirements and safety requirements in electrical with regards to earthing its connections, proper termination, testing procedures, bus bar tightening, cable identification cable laying, welding, saddling, tools tackles, etc.
• Maintain MIR sheets and Work method statement, check TDS.
• Knowledge Sharing of Electrical Products such as different types of cables/wires, lighting, Cable trays, DGs, transformers, bus bars, HT LT panels, and Conduit.
• Check project work with Electrical regulatory laws.
• Developing a bank of photos of good works, bad works, rectified works and model works for emailing to the site continuously and education of our team members.
• Implement standardization of electrical installation across all projects.
• Creating sample boards of proper quality works to be displayed across projects and offices.
• Internal quality audit across sites.
• Frequent Traveling to multiple sites and branches for QA/QC Audit.
• Uplift the project execution quality work by implementing various QA/QC methods and reducing rework on projects.
• Should be familiar with ISO 9001 Prepare Maintain QA/QC MIS.
