Assistant Manager - MIS

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager (AM) MIS to oversee management information systems, reporting operations, and a team of MIS analysts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate data reporting, generating business insights, improving reporting processes, and supporting management with data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the MIS team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of MIS reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
• Coordinate with various departments to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, business analysis, and performance updates to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and development support.
• Establish best practices for data management, reporting standards, and automation initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
• Prior experience handling a team or leading MIS operations.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles and reporting frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, databases, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver reports within strict timelines.
