Profile Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media professional to manage and execute the social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily social media activities, and helping amplify the festival s voice across digital platforms.

Detailed Job responsibilities:

Develop and research social media strategies aligned with the festival s brand, programming, and audience.
Manage and maintain the festival s social media platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Write clear, engaging, and grammatically strong post copies in English for daily content.
Plan and schedule posts in line with the festival s communication calendar.
Cover live events during the festival through real-time posts, stories, and updates.
Coordinate with the content, design, and programming teams to ensure accurate and timely communication.
Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on engagement and reach.
Ensure brand voice and tone remain consistent across all platforms.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of content creation and copywriting

Work Experience Key Skills Required for the Role

2 5 years of experience in social media management or digital content roles.
Strong English writing skills with the ability to craft compelling social media copy.
Good understanding of major social media platforms and trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during live events.
Basic understanding of content planning and analytics tools is a plus.
Interest in literature, arts, or cultural events will be an advantage.
