Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end security operations for IT park premises
- Ensure guard deployment, vendor SLA compliance, and daily supervision
- Oversee access control, visitor management, parking & traffic flow
- Monitor CCTV, access systems, and ensure uptime of all security equipment
- Handle incidents, emergency response, and risk mitigation measures
- Coordinate with tenants, facility team, and authorities (police/traffic)
- Manage VIP visits, events, and crowd control within campus
- Conduct audits, enforce SOPs, and ensure compliance with client standards
- Verify vendor bills and support security projects/initiatives
- Drive security awareness, training, and continuous improvement
