Job Description
Law Graduates with 5-8 yrs. of experience in Non Litigation profile from Mumbai only apply.
Candidates who have graduated from Government and premium law colleges need only apply.
- Candidates should be willing to travel (2-3 times a week/Bi-monthly)
- Expertise in drafting contracts, knowledge in Corporate laws including Intellectual Property laws
- Independently managing legal aspects of commercial contracts including vendor agreements; franchise agreements etc, reviews, and negotiates commercial agreements.
- To manage legal notices, litigation, Companys IP and maintain respective MIS. The role will oversee Legal work for all brands.
