Assistant Manager - IT (Rael Estate Company)

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager IT is responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, maintaining network and system security, supporting business applications, and implementing technology solutions across corporate offices, project sites, and sales offices. The role ensures maximum system uptime and provides technical support to employees while aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations across corporate and project locations.
• Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, email systems, and user accounts.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers, and internet connectivity.
• Ensure availability and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, CCTV, and IP telephony systems.
• Coordinate installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Implement IT security policies, antivirus solutions, endpoint protection, and access controls.
• Monitor system performance, server health, and data backup schedules.
• Manage disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
• Support ERP, CRM, HRMS, Accounting, and other business applications used by the company.
• Coordinate with software vendors, internet service providers, and hardware suppliers.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, warranties, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
• Maintain IT documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and inventory records.
• Assist in planning and executing IT infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation projects.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and data privacy requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to employees.
• Prepare IT budgets, procurement plans, and monthly MIS reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Tech (IT/CS), or MCA.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), ITIL, VMware, Azure, AWS, or cybersecurity certifications are preferred.

Experience

• 8 -10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and System Administration.
• Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Property Development industry is preferred.
