Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Finance modules.
- Manage incident resolution, issue tracking, RCA, and SLA adherence.
- Support business processes related to Manufacturing, SCM, Finance (AR/AP/GL), GST, and Costing.
- Coordinate budget uploads, data validation, UAT/SIT testing, and system enhancements.
- Develop SOPs, train users, and ensure smooth ERP operations.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, SCM, and Plant teams for process improvement and issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Expertise in Manufacturing & SCM modules; exposure to Finance modules preferred.
- Knowledge of GST, statutory compliance, and manufacturing costing.
- Experience with UAT/SIT, issue tracking tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.), and data reconciliation.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech (IT/Computer Science), BCA, MCA, or equivalent.
Industry Preference: Manufacturing
