Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of hospital systems.
2. Provide support and troubleshooting for HIS, EMR, PACS, LIS, RIS and other healthcare applications.
3. Manage network infrastructure, servers, hardware and software systems.
4. Coordinate with vendors for AMC, software support and system upgrades.
5. Monitor data backup, security controls and system availability.
6. Support users across departments for IT-related issues and requirements.
7. Ensure cybersecurity practices, access control and data confidentiality.
8. Maintain IT documentation, asset records and service reports.
9. Coordinate implementation of new IT projects and technology improvements.
10. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH requirements and any other responsibilities assigned by Management.

Technical Skills Required

• HIS / Hospital software support
• Networking (LAN/WAN, Switches, Routers)
• Server and system administration
• Hardware & software troubleshooting
• Database and backup management
• Cybersecurity awareness
• MS Office and reporting skills

Qualification

• B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Computer Science / IT
• MCA preferred
• Certification in Networking / IT Infrastructure preferred

Experience

• 58 years experience in IT operations
• Healthcare / Hospital IT experience preferred
• Experience in HIS, EMR, PACS, LIS, RIS systems will be an added advantage
