Assistant Manager IT Admin (Manufacturing)

Reporting to: Director (Administratively reporting to COO (Chief Operating Officer))
Role and Responsibilities

• Experience in Sourcing and Handling Purchases of Hardware, Networking and Software requirement.
• Experience in investigating and diagnosing network problems, setting up new users etc.
• Experience in managing - backup, security, passwords and monitoring internet, VPN and e-mail use. etc.
• Effective communication internally with all departments and users.
• Should have worked in computerized environment with exposure to SAP or any other reputed ERP system.
• Should be familiar with SAP Functions Routine and Report Extractions etc.
• Knowledge of ISO: 9000 systems is desirable.
• Effective co-ordination with vendors for faster delivery, maintenance and ensure maximum uptime of the system.
• Prepare daily report, maintain assets register, machine history, Licenses and MIS.
• Ensure safety security of data with effective backup system.
• Good at trouble shooting and problem solving with high level of service.
• Candidate Profile:
  - Male or Female
  - Age : Around 30 Years
  - Required Skillset: IT Administrator, Hardware, Networking and Software requirement (SAP, ERP)
  - Experience : 4 - 10 years
  1. Experience of independently handling administration of IT network, servers, security systems, Hardware, Software, E-mail and Database.
  2. Willing to travel to all locations of the company including plants and offices etc. as and when required.
  3. Experience in handling administration of IT network, servers, security systems, Hardware, Software, E-mail, Database and EPABX etc.
  4. Worked as an Administrator in Manufacturing Company having multi-location plants and offices.
  5. Worked in SAP environment.
  6. Experience in Sourcing and Handling Purchases of Hardware, Networking and Software requirement.
  7. Should be familiar with SAP Functions Routine and Report Extractions etc.
  - Job Type: Full-time

Education: Any Graduate or Diploma In Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology Post Graduate (MSc) in Computer Science preferred.
Location: Nashik Satpur (Will be responsible for SAP system of the entire company and will have to travelto all locations of the company including plants and offices etc.)
Interview Process
- Local candidate - Face to Face Outstation candidate : - Skype or Telephonic (initial interview) - Once shortlisted then Face to Face for which company will provide Train Fare of 2 AC.
(Candidate may use Air Travel but company will give only Train 2 AC Fare)
- Location Preference - All over India who are willing to relocate to Nashik.
(Company does not provide any accommodation hence candidate willing to relocate needs to make own arrangements)
Salary: CTC 7 to 8 lacs per annum (Negotiable) (CTC including Bonus etc.)
