Job Description
Designation: Assistant Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Shift: 4:30 PM Onwards
Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on people strategy and workforce planning.
- Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and performance discussions.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
- Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and employee development.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business outcomes.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Facilitate organization design, restructuring, and change management initiatives as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations to deliver seamless HR support.
