Your key responsibilities

• Trainer Analytics, GenAI & Emerging Technologies Role Overview: The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering high quality training sessions across analytics, Generative AI, and emerging technologies, with a strong grounding in commerce, economics, and applied business contexts. The role requires hands on teaching experience, strong conceptual clarity, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into learner friendly formats. Key Knowledge & Technical Competencies 1. Analytics & Data Foundations
• Strong understanding of analytics concepts, data interpretation, and business insights
• Ability to explain analytical thinking to non technical audiences 2. Generative AI
• Sound knowledge of Generative AI concepts
• Hands on experience with: o Prompt engineering o Different Large Language Models (LLMs) and their use cases o Knowledge of cloud (Azure) is desirable 3. Python Programming
• Working knowledge of Python for analytics and AI use cases
• Certifications preferred: o PCEP (Python Entry Level Certification) o Advanced Python certifications (desirable)
• 4. Databases & Visualization
• Practical knowledge of SQL for data querying
• Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization
• Relevant certifications in SQL / Power BI are desirable
• 5. Domain Knowledge
• Strong domain understanding in Economics and/or Commerce
• Ability to relate technology applications to real world business and economic scenarios
• 6. Mathematics Foundations
• Basic to intermediate understanding of: o Linear Algebra o Calculus
• Ability to contextualize mathematical concepts for analytics and ML applications
• Experience Requirements Training & Delivery Experience
• Minimum 5 years of training and instructional experience (mandatory)
• Proven experience in: o Designing curriculum and training material o Classroom / virtual training delivery o Learner engagement and concept simplification Industry & Specialized Training
• Experience delivering FinTech training programs to clients
• Prior involvement in Blockchain education or training programs is mandatory
• Exposure to executive or professional education programs is an advantage
• Preferred Qualifications
• Masters degree in Technology, Data Science, Economics, Commerce, or related fields
• Certifications in Analytics, GenAI, Blockchain, or Data Visualization
• Experience working with enterprise or academic industry collaboration programs

• Ability to teach complex topics in a structured, learner centric manner
• Hands on, practical teaching approach
• Curriculum design and assessment familiarity
