Job Requirements:
- CS/ LLB - Any professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years of Compliance experience in activities in the securities market or financial products including in asset management industry specifically Alternative Investment Fund or Mutual Fund Compliances
- Candidates with exposure in AIF/ MF compliance shall be preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Will be co-ordinating with the clients of the Company for SEBI AIF/ PMS compliances.
- To resolve the regulatory queries of the clients
- To co-ordinate during Inspection/ Audit
- Shall assist in various client level projects as may be initiated by Client from time to time
- Ensure regulatory compliances for the Client for the current as well as future regulatory projects
- Ensure AML Compliance at Client Level
