Key Responsibilities:
? ?????? To plan, organize and carry out the internal controls function including the preparation of an audit manual and audit plan
? ?????? Identification of process lapses/control weaknesses and recommend improvements/suggestions to plug the same
? ?????? Risk Assessment and Gap Analysis including the preparation and updation of risk control matrix (RCM)
? ?????? Development of testing approach and selection of appropriate audit tools and sampling methodology
? ?????? Ensuring collection of all required information and records by proactive engagement with process owners
? ?????? Communication and discussion of the findings with Audit Manager and Process Owners to ensure accuracy and completeness
? ?????? Ensuring documentation and recording of requisite test scripts and supporting evidences in audit repository
? ?????? Preparation of audit reports by providing adequate and accurate details of audit findings and recommending effective controls or mitigating options
? ?????? Proactive engagements with process owners and within audit department to ensure timely completion and finalization of draft report
? ?????? Preparation of materials for submission to Audit Committee and for Management reviews
? ?????? Development of test scripts and suggesting opportunities for automation of audit tools
? ?????? Handling SQL tool and managing various reports out of it.
Qualifications Competencies:
? ?????? CA freshers from Mumbai (not more than 3 attempts)
? ?????? A demonstrated knowledge of internal controls
? ?????? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
? ?????? Strong analytical ,written and oral communication skills
? ?????? Ability to address issues and effect change
? ?????? Ability to always demonstrate a professional and objective perspective
? ?????? Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment?
? ?????? A 'can-do' attitude and resilient character with the ability to manage expectations?
