Job Description
- Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized university. - Masters degree or higher qualification is advantageous.
Leading electrical maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure uninterrupted power generation and distribution.
- Coordinating with operations and engineering teams to monitor and analyze electrical system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
. - Overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with international and local electrical standards, safety regulations, and Adani s internal policies
. - Managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical assets including transformers, switchgear, motors, and control panels to enhance asset longevity and reliability
. - Collaborating with project teams for electrical designs and modifications, ensuring practical and cost-effective solutions that meet operational requirements.
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and promoting a safety-first culture through regular training, audits, and hazard identification
. - Driving initiatives related to energy efficiency and sustainability, including evaluating new technologies and processes that reduce energy consumption and environmental impact
. - Preparing and reviewing technical documentation such as electrical schematics, maintenance manuals, and compliance reports
. - Leading and mentoring a team of electrical engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
. - Engaging with external vendors and contractors for procurement, service contracts, and ensuring quality standards
. - Supporting audits and inspections by regulatory bodies and internal teams to ensure statutory compliance
. - Utilizing data analytics tools to monitor electrical parameters, generate reports, and support decision-making processes.
- Implementing digital transformation initiatives in electrical asset management to enhance reliability and operational transparency.
