Role & responsibilities


  • Achieving the sales target set for his/her respective site/ project
  • Responsible for handling all the Team/prospects enquiries/ customers
  • Responsible for understanding the local market dynamics and competitive environment
  • Improve customer satisfaction to a level they become brand ambassadors of the company
  • To proactively contact potential customers to promote the project.
  • To ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires to maximize sales conversion.
  • Handle Walk in customers: Handle enquiries and resolve queries of the customer on various aspects of the project, give complete project information regarding the payment schedules, post booking formalities, etc.
  • Responsible for generating sales with potential leads and developing opportunities with new sales meetings and achieving targets.
  • The incumbent should handle all the sales and post-sales activities at the site
  • Responsible for regular customer interaction for business enquiries and establishing relationship with customers for continuous engagement and feedback

Preferred candidate profile


  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with Sales/Marketing specialization
  • 7+ years of experience, working in the relevant industry
  • Should be able to communicate with potential customers via telephone, emails, social networks, groups, referrals, networks etc. and develop leads pipeline
  • Presentation & communication skills
  • Should be able to convert leads to business deals with good presentation of product features & benefits
