LOTTE India Corporation Private Limited Havmor Ice Cream is looking for a passionate and driven Corporate Legal Associate to be a part of our growing team based out of our Head Office.
Role & responsibilities
Legal Support
• Provide comprehensive support to the Legal Head in managing various legal matters, including litigation, disputes, regulatory and compliance-related matters.
Legal Advisory
• Provide legal advisory to business teams on commercial disputes, compliance requirements, and other legal matters.
Liaising & Coordination
• Proactively coordinate and liaise with external advocates and legal consultants for commercial litigations, statutory litigations, IPR-related matters, regulatory compliance issues, and labour/employment matters.
Drafting & Vetting
• Independently handle drafting, reviewing, vetting, and tracking of legal notices, replies, agreements, and litigation-related documents.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up of all legal matters.
MIS & Reporting
• Prepare and maintain legal trackers and periodic MIS reports for monitoring disputed matters, litigation status, and key updates.
What Were Looking For:
LLB Qualification
3-5 years of experience in litigation & regulatory matters
FMCG industry experience will be an added advantage
Strong drafting, communication & analytical skills
Proactive approach with ownership mindset
