• Establish and strengthen relationships with allocated customers to ensure retention and growth.

• Meet monthly targets for unique customer meetings and achieve over 90% attendance.
• Successfully complete all functional trainings with a score of >=80%.

Job Requirements

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Management with a strong academic record.
• Minimum 6 months of exposure to Life Insurance, preferably in a sales role.
• Possess good communication skills in English and regional languages, along with basic computer knowledge.
• Demonstrate process and result orientation, customer centricity, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Must own a conveyance, preferably with a driving license, and have reliable commuting modes.
• Age bracket: 25-30 years.
