Assistant Manager - CAT - Loyalty

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in the CAT - Loyalty department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loyalty programs and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in existing loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services that align with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of loyalty programs, making recommendations for optimization.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with loyalty programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
