Assistant Manager- Business Finance

• Develop and support the growth strategy of the business to get big fast.
  Dealing with ambiguity and multi- tasking

Job Responsibilities:

• AOP and Business Analysis

• Partner in annual operational planning process and execution of the plan along with category team

• Work with category team in bottoms-up AOP roll-up and understand scheme leakage / plug the same

• Track the brand level GM% MoM and vs AOP and articulate the key driver to the leadership team

• Decision making support such as pre and post launch of a category/product and track return on investment
• Be a strategic business partner to the business team in opportunities and define intervention needed
• Build scalable processes for performance management to support and enable business teams to deliver their business goals
• Partner with finance teams across the organization to drive optimal cross func decisions
• Risk Management and Automation
• Approve the contracts with new brand partners and be the voice for risk management
• Active participation in preparing, reviewing, and following up on the claim s receivable from various brands
• Tracking growth initiatives be custodian of finance processes while we grow at rapid pace
• Be the SPOC for Internal controls strengthening to reduce leakages and ideate areas of improving the retention margins
• Create a roadmap for automation by liaison with IT team to improve the TAT around reporting
