ROLE OVERVIEW

  • This is not a conventional marketing role.
  • The Assistant Manager Brand & Marketing sits at the centre of BriBooks growth engine, owning the brand narrative across one of Indias most ambitious youth-led literary movements.
  • From building national campaigns to forging high-impact partnerships, this role requires a balance of creative thinking, strategic clarity, and strong execution.
  • The ideal candidate thinks in campaigns, communicates with precision, builds meaningful relationships, and understands that every piece of content is an opportunity to influence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand Strategy & Campaigns Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for NYAF, SBWF, and global initiatives Manage the brand calendar across launches, events, and key moments Define and maintain BriBooks brand voice, narrative, and positioning Support campaign execution for international markets (UAE, UK, Australia, Singapore)
  • Partnerships & Collaborations Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships across: Authors, jury members, and public figures Influencers and community leaders Schools, institutions, and literary platforms Media and PR partners Structure collaborations that drive reach, credibility, and engagement
  • Content & Communication Own brand communication across email, social media, PR, and video Create high-impact content including: Invitations, proposals, announcements, and scripts Manage content for campaignsfrom pre-launch to post-event storytelling Support scripting for media features, broadcasts, and digital campaigns
  • Community & Engagement Drive engagement across students, parents, and educators Create UGC campaigns that turn users into brand advocates Build storytelling-led campaigns that strengthen emotional connection
  • Media & PR Support PR efforts and media outreach Develop brand assets: media kits, press releases, and communication material Contribute to visibility across events, publications, and platforms
  • Content Production Coordinate creation and management of marketing assets (video, social, events) Support podcast and content collaborations Maintain organised repositories for campaign assets
  • Performance & Optimisation Track campaign performance and engagement metrics Analyse data to improve targeting and conversions Continuously optimise messaging and campaigns
