Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly talented Senior Illustrator Design Manager to join our in-house Art Team and create original, impactful artworks for both print and digital applications within office design projects across India. In this role, you will own the artistic journey end-to-end, right from conceptualisation to final execution. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to develop creative directions, produce artworks, and ensure high-quality installations that elevate the spatial experience of our centres. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who truly lives and breathes art, and wants to see their ideas come to life at scale in immersive environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Art Intent Direction for office spaces based on selected themes
  • Generate concepts and present detailed concept decks to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Combine hand-drawing and painting with digital media to create complete illustrations and original artworks
  • Create artworks across a variety of mediums hand-done and digital
  • Participate in design briefs with clients and internal stakeholders to identify their needs
  • Define time and budget limitations for artworks and installations
  • Manage end-to-end execution, from concept development to final installation
  • Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and production partners for artwork development
  • Work with 3D materials, installations, and spatial art requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with new design techniques, materials, and software
Essential Skills
  • Proven work experience as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer, Design Manager, or similar role
  • Demonstrable portfolio of completed illustrations and hand-drawn or painted works
  • Ability to create in mediums such as oil, acrylic, watercolor, pencil colors, charcoal, etc. (preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Procreate, Sketchbook Pro)
  • Strong drawing skills with exceptional attention to detail (both hand and digital)
  • Knowledge of materials, print techniques, 3D materials, and fabrication methods for developing art and artefacts
  • Understanding of spatial design and 3D art installations
  • Strong aesthetic and conceptual thinking abilities
