Key Responsibilities :

1. Design and develop uPVC profiles for window and door systems as per customer and project requirements.

2. Prepare detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.

3. Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and project teams to ensure manufacturable designs.

4. Optimize designs for cost, functionality, aesthetics, and ease of manufacturing.

5. Review technical specifications, profiles, hardware, and BOMs before production release.

6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and building codes.

7. Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives

8. Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing and installation stages.

9. Maintain proper design documentation, revisions, and engineering records.

10.Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the uPVC fenestration industry.

Required Skills:

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

46 years of experience in uPVC doors & windows design.

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.

Understanding of uPVC profiles, hardware, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.

• Knowledge of BOM preparation and technical documentation.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines
