Assistant Manager – Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle complete warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock audits.
• Lead warehouse teams to achieve operational and productivity targets.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational MIS reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth warehouse operations.
• Optimize warehouse space and resource utilization.

Job Requirements :

• 7-10 years' experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word) with proficiency in creating complex spreadsheets and presentations.
• Experience with SAP  and  ERP systems; ability to lead team through change management initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong decision-making abilities.
